I am looking for someone to share my 3 bedroom 2 bath house in West Columbia. The house is in a clean, quiet community that takes care of lawn care and landscaping. There is a playground and swimming pool in the community. The house is a 2 story brick townhouse with a fireplace, and we have 2 cats. The house is fully furnished and carpeted. The bedroom for rent is fully furnished with a lounge chair, bed, mattress, bookshelf, tv stand, desk, desk chair, and side table. If these are not needed they can be removed. The room also has a walkin closet. The rent also includes water, electric, sewage, trash, cable tv and internet, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and gas.
